For health and safety reasons, Casa Amorosa does not accept returns for opened pet food, treats, grooming products, or hygiene-related items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return under the Casa Amorosa Refund Policy, customers must follow these steps:

  • Provide the order number, clear photos of the item, and the reason for the return

  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team

Casa Amorosa does not accept returned items without prior approval.

Refunds

After Casa Amorosa approves and inspects the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Casa Amorosa offers product exchanges subject to availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, Casa Amorosa will issue a refund instead, in accordance with the Casa Amorosa Refund Policy.

Return Shipping

  • Casa Amorosa covers return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for all other approved returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or clearance items, unless damage or defects are present
